SUBMARINER Regional Round Table: Green Growth and the Baltic Sea Region

The Submariner regional round table in Riga will discuss a green growth agenda for the Baltic Sea Region and sustainable use of Baltic marine resources with Latvian decision makers including representatives from the Ministry of Environmental protection and regional development of Latvia, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Agriculture and key representatives from coastal municipalities. The aim of the round table is to explore the potential for a permanent Baltic Sea Region network with focus on sustainable use of Baltic marine resources linking together public authorities, industries and academia in targetted efforts.
