Norgenta North German Life Science Agency

Norgenta North German Life Science Agency GmbH is the project and service company of the federal states of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. We support life science activities across North Germany. As part of Life Science North, Norgenta combines, networks and coordinates the life science activities to develop an internationally competitive cluster. The agency networks the skills of businesses, universities, research institutes and hospitals. We initiate and supports innovative projects that help sharpen the region's business and scientific profile. • Organization, support of and participation in events
  • Communications and public relations work
  • Organizing trade shows
  • Providing information on the region

Norgenta’s role in SUBMARINER

Norgenta developed a regional roadmap on marine biotechnology as an update to the Schleswig-Holstein maritime masterplan, which offers the continued framework for future activities in this field. We will transfer the Schleswig-Holstein knowledge by coordinating the development of technology roadmaps for the Baltic Sea Region.
